First some quick housekeeping:

Last week we talked about fuel packs… this week we are talking about fuel! How do you fuel yourself for working out? (You can discuss before, during, and post workout).

-fruit rope
island boost

-ice cream
-coconut water
-recovery drink

  1. At the risk of sounding like an idiot, especially if I could have just google it…what is “crossfit”?

    • No worries 🙂 Crossfit is basically a strength and conditioning program that has spread like wildfire across the country. There are daily WODs (workout of the day) and there is a lot of camaraderie and competition. I’ve never done it, but my impression is that literally all you need is an old storage unit with some weights to setup a “studio.”
